How long have you been in your current role? I started with TDC just over six years ago, originally working as an administrator in personnel, moving into trainee personnel advisor role in 2007 undertaking CPP and I completed my CIPD Post Graduate Diploma in HRM last year. My role officially changed about six months ago when I became the systems administrator for our HRIS, iTrent. Previous key jobs: My first job was in building society and I have worked in other banking roles as well as retail, various customer facing and administration roles.
