We're fired up over progress of projects

There is nothing new in the Public Accounts Committee report into the FiRe-Control projects and it undermines the progress being made. It is clear that the Committee fails to understand the nature of the projects and how they are being delivered. Fire and rescue authorities have already demonstrated that they are imaginative and skilled in finding new ways to deliver services to manage unprecedented funding cuts, collaborating more with other public services and the private sector to ensure their residents are protected.
