How long have you been in your current role? Four and a half years. Previous key jobs: Director of corporate services at Wealden DC. Head of strategic policy & review and head of culture and recreation, both at Peterborough City Council. What was your big break, when was it and where? I have been lucky to work with many great people, but the key turning point in my career was when I was appointed to work in a development team at Brent Libraries in the early 1990s.
