Morgan Sindall wins £1 bn Slough regeneration deal

Slough Council has appointed Morgan Sindall Investments as preferred bidder for a ￡1bn regeneration partnership. The local authority and the company will each own a 50% stake in the Slough Regeneration Partnership, a local asset- backed vehicle (LAB V).The partnership will build new schools and homes in Slough, together with a new library and leisure facilities.
