Impact exercises prepare for Brexit

Various Brexit scenario exercises involving local government have been taking place at very short notice, The MJ understands. The Government aims to use such exercises - some of which have taken place within very tight timescales - to consider the impact of Brexit over a period of four weeks before and up to six weeks after the leave date.
