Northants rescue plan in Brokenshire's sights

New local government secretary James Brokenshire is expected to announce this week the two commissioners appointed to help rescue troubled Northamptonshire CC.In his first major decision, Mr Brokenshire will outline plans to put Northamptonshire's finances and governance on a firm footing ahead of reorganisation in 2020.
