Rees takes reins at Oxfordshire and Cherwell

Oxfordshire CC and Cherwell DC have appointed Yvonne Rees as their joint chief executive.Ms Rees will take the reins from 1 October, when a Section 113 partnership between the two councils comes in to effect.It means the post of county council chief executive, currently occupied by Peter Clark, has been made redundant.
