Partnership working is the common thread that runs through Halton's strategy on children and young people, and if s glaringly obvious that it's at the forefront of the council's policy towards children's centres. The authority believes a network of strategically located children's centres will help deliver the five outcomes of the Government's Every Child Matters initiative: Being Healthy, Staying Safe, Enjoying and Achieving, Making a Positive Contribution, and Economic Well Being.
