Building a ground-breaking partnership

As the Birmingham skyline grows and develops, there is an underlying force at work. Birmingham City Council is working with not one, but three contractors, to deliver a complex programme of building works, in which some ￡500m is being invested. The Birmingham Construction Partnership (BCP) is playing a significant role in facilitating the annual 2.5% saving that the city council, like others throughout the UK, must strive for as part of the efficiency review.
