Coming clean on bail hostels

The Government's decision to consult councils and residents in areas where they wish to open bail hostels is welcome.My own borough of Enfield has suffered from a disproportionate number of these hostels. Of the 25 hostels run under contract from the Government across London, five are in Enfield.
