Im just a few weeks in to my new role here in Shropshire, and my initial reaction has been really pleasing. This has not just been about the warmth of the welcome I've received, but also confirmation of the strength of my new senior team and the high quality of our services we provide. The new unitary council was built from strong organisations who came together to deliver a commitment to significantly improve the life of the people of Shropshire.
