How long have you been in your current role? Three years. Previous key jobs: Assistant Executive Director and BSF Programme Director, Barns-ley Council; a number of financial management, front line service delivery and audit roles in Barns-ley, Leeds, Kirklees and Calderdale Councils. What was your big break, when was it and where? Every promotion opportunity throughout my career was at the time a big break, they just got bigger in reality as time went on.
