How long have you been in your current role? Four years. Previous key jobs I have worked at the City of Lincoln Council for 15 years. I started mainly as the planning solicitor, I was then promoted to legal services manager then assistant director (legal and corporate support services). What was your big break, when was it and where?Initially my big break was a number of years ago when Bev-erley BC ceased to exist and was merged into the East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
