How long have you been in your current role? Six months. Previous key jobs: Chief executive at Gateway to London and chief executive at Ujima Housing Association. What was your big break, when was it and where?Working for the Housing Corporation - I got the job in 1988 and from there my career took off. I worked with all of the local authorities and Registered Social Landlords across London where I allocated funding to build new homes.
