In the world of local government, more and more councils are streaming their meetings online, creating greater opportunities for them to be watched by more than the usual one man and his dog. The viewing figures may not be great, with Arun DCs chief executive recently admitting he was disappointed with the fact that fewer than 90 people watched his authority's full council meeting.
