MJ Awards praises the top achievers

Leeds City Council took home the top prize at The MJ Local Government Achievement Awards after judges praised its 'consistent and dynamic leadership'. The award judges called the council a 'most worthy winner' of the 2016 Local Authority of the Year Award.
