WYCA launches bus partnership to improve services

The West Yorkshire Bus Alliance has been formed in a bid to improve services. The partnership has been launched by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, Arriva, First, Transdev and smaller operators represented by the Association of Bus Operators in West Yorkshire (ABOWY). Lasting through to 2022, the alliance will be based on legal provisions recently introduced by the Government for Voluntary Partnership Agreements.
