Police officers from any regularly organized State, County, Municipal Police Department, Sheriff's Office, Game Warden, State Trooper, or U.S. Government Investigation Officers, who are members of the Minnesota Police and Peace Officers Association, provided that the members must have been doing regular police duty on the force which they represent. No Special Deputies, Special Officers, Special Game Wardens or Special Watchmen shall be eligible to enter this shoot. Any department which also has jurisdiction outside of the State of Minnesota shall not enter shooters from the department unless said shooter has worked in the State of Minnesota for six months immediately previous to the shoot.
