The state has developed many products and services to help law enforcement agencies do their jobs better, faster and with fewer resources. But taking advantage of these opportunities can present significant challenges for local agencies which need the tools but also need to stay on budget and on task with their law enforcement duties. The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) has established a new position designed to help local agencies meet their information and technology needs, without getting bogged down in questions about how to make it happen. The Product Manager acts as a liaison between law enforcement agencies and the BCA's Minnesota Justice Information Services (MNJIS) section -helping agencies understand what criminal justice information products and services are available and how to go about obtaining them. The Product Manager can take your agency step-by-step through the process.
