Inc., Willimantic, Connecticut.Willimantic Waste Paper Co. provides residential, commercialand roll-off collection services in eastern Connecticutand serves more than 30,000 customers. The company alsooperates a rail-served construction and demolition processingand waste transfer facility, a waste transfer station, asingle-stream recycling facility and several other recyclingoperations.Casella expects to generate about $62 million ofannualized revenues from the Willimantic acquisition.
