摘要

College Farm - formally named 'Sheephouse Farm' - was purchased in 1868 by George Barham founder of the 'Express Dairy Company Ltd'. In 1883 College Farm was opened as a model dairy where all that was best in livestock and equipment was displayed. There was a tea house where the dairy products from the farm could be sampled. In 1971 the farm was bought by the Department of the Environment to compensate Barnet Council for the loss of open space needed for the proposed flyover at Henly's Corner.
