Terry Foden has been presented with The British Cheese Board's prominent Nantwich Show Cheese Industry Award. Now in its second year the award is presented to an individual who has made an outstanding long-term commercial or voluntary contribution to the sector, primarily behind the scenes in the industry in the areas of cheese grading, cheese manufacture and cheese selection. Terry commented: "I'm surprised, delighted and excited to receive such a prestigious award - particularly considering the wealth of worthy candidates in the industry." Terry is well known within the trade having held various roles spanning 42 years of service. He started out at the MMB with Emberton Brothers in Crewe and then carried on working with Dairy Crest when they took over responsibility for the business where he worked as a national account manager.
