Proseal has launched an enhanced version of its top-selling F45 Tray Sealer to meet the demanding requirements of high-speed food production lines. Renamed the GT1, the new model follows the successful introduction of the larger GT2 last year and incorporates the same improvements and new features that enable the machine to perform even more efficiently than its predecessor, combined with ease of operation, fast changeovers, improved access and exceptional reliability. Central to the GT1 's operation is its advanced touch screen control. The touch screen delivers full graphical operator interface that allows complete machine and tooling set up to be fully 'recipe' controlled, meaning all settings are easily stored for fast retrieval. The touch screen can also be viewed and controlled remotely from any PC and provides detailed production data and monitoring and full diagnostics.
