A319CJ On Time and On Budget

Under the project "Modernisation of Medium-Range Aircraft of the Special Air Mission Wing of the Federal MoD," the first Airbus A319CJ (Corporate Jetliner) aircraft was delivered by Lufthansa Technik AG (LHT) to the German MoD on 31 March 2010. Undersecretary Ruediger Wolf happily accepted the "key" to the the new aircraft handed to him by August Wil-helm-Henningsten, CEO Lufthansa Technik under "watch" of the President of Germany's Office of Defence Technology and Procurement (BWB) Harald Stein and Chief of Staff Air Force General aarne Kreuzinger-Janik.
