The Integrated Battlefield

摘要

Since achieving coalition interoperability remains difficult, forces are eager to field network-enabled technologies, which are seen as a pre-requisite for a true force-wide integrated battlefield. In doing so, increased force digitisation means that forces will adopt flat structures, working in nets on the net, and requiring versatile and survivable voice/data communications systems.
