DoD is accepting nominations for the 2008 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award through Jan. 21. National Guard and Reserve service-members and their families are eligible and encouraged to nominate employers who have gone above and beyond in their support of military employees. To nominate an employer, visit www.esgr.mil. The 2008 recipients will be announced this spring and honored at the 13th annual Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award ceremony Sept. 18 in Washington, D.C.
