摘要

Armed Forces employment of the of different participating nations in the new operational scenarios drew attention to wasteful duplications and various capacitive gaps. This has driven the European Union member Countries to the Pooling and Sharing, namely the development of complementary capabilities, leveraging standardized and interoperable systems, up to a cooperative approach that enhances the synergy between States and markets.%L'impiego nei nuovi scenari operativi ha richiamato l'attenzione sulle dispendiose duplicazioni e sui diversi gap capacitivi delle Forze Armate delle Nazioni partecipanti. Ciò ha orientato i Paesi membri dell'Unione Europea verso il Pooling and Sharing, cioè lo sviluppo di capacità complementari, sfruttando sistemi interoperabili e standardizzati, fino ad un approccio cooperativo che esalti le sinergie tra Stati e mercati.
