Military wants to develop RF phased array common modules for the defense industry

The article reports that the U.S. Air Force has issued a request for information for the Arrays at Commercial Timescales (ACT) Common Modules (CM) Technology Transition project, of the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Topics discussed include saving time and money for developing of radio frequency (RF) phased arrays which can be used for electronic warfare (EF).
