Rad-hard power electronics introduced by VPT for orbital and deep-space applications

VPT Inc. in Blacksburg, Va., is introducing the SVR series of radiation-hardened DC-DC power converters, point of load converters, and EMI filters for space applications in low Earth orbit, medium Earth orbit, geostationary orbit, deep space, and launch vehicles. The SVR series includes 24 modules in seven product families based on space-proven heritage designs and available qualified to MIL-PRF-38534 Class K.
