DESIGNED FOR PRECISE Itime and frequency measurements, model NK732 is a modular PXIe counter/time-interval analyzer (TIA) that can make up to 20 million measurements/s. It is capable of measuring frequency to 500 MHz and minimum pulse widths of 100 ps.The instrument can capture pulse rise times as fast as 30 ps. Based on a patent-pending architecture, the counter/timer features 2-ps single-shot resolution. With its modular format and four-lane PXIe interface, as many as 32 measurement channels can fit in a single PXIe chassis.The standard time base is a temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) with 1-ppm stability, although an oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) time base with 0.005 ppm stability and low phase noise is available as an option.
