Although not a new collection of primary source documents, Women War and Society's approximately 126,000 digital images (documents, photographs, etc.) are now much more accessible, especially since they are fully searchable. Though marketed to students, teachers, and scholars, its specificity may render it difficult to use for those unfamiliar with World War I and its history. The sources themselves offer little context, thus making the critical essays valuable points of entry for students and teachers alike.
