摘要

A system for measuring the attitude and the position of the floating body in the NRLM superconducting magnetic levitation system has been developed. In this system, a new opptical instrument with two CCD cameras has been developed. One CCD camera is for autocollimation to measure the tilt angles of the flat mirror on the floating body, and the other is for imaging to measure the rotating angle and the horizontal movement of the cube corner prism which is originally for interferometry.
