How to Create a Training Program

This column may not be as exciting as Michael Jackson's trial or as serious as a CSPAN program. But if your firm does work around metal finishing, you need to know how to organize a training program. This column is written for those using more complex solvent cleaning machines, but the principles and most of the details apply to general industrial work. Learning is most effective when it is self-taught and put into practice. Your training program should be built around those two principles.
