In Bulgaria there is a lack of an integrated system for collecting and transportation of the hazardous wastes, as there are not specialized storehouses, facilities or the plants for their deactivation. The necessity for making new ways for the clearing places, deactivation and the opportunities for using the rehashed product for the high foreclosing is arising. The present data on the main problems relevant to the extraction of Cu and Zn from secondary industrial wastes will be a ground for development of new methods for separate non-ferrous metal electrodeposition from complex electrolytes. On the ground of obtained experimental results one may conclude that it is possible to recovery copper by electrochemical way from electrolytes containing large amount of zinc and ferrous ions and thereby use wastes leaving after hydro- and pirometallurgical treatment of ores. Due to the different electrochemical properties of Cu and Zn it is possible their selective electroextraction and thus to be utilized wastes containing these two metals.
