GSWC is a public utility engaged in the purchase, production, distribution and sale of water in California serving about 277,218 water customers as of Dec 31 2006. GSWC also distributes electricity in several California mountain communities serving around 23,248 electric customers. CCWC is a public utility, which served about 13,343 customers in the town of Fountain Hills, AZ and a portion of the City of Scottsdale, AZ, at Dec 31 2006. ASUS performs water related services and operations on a contract basis.
