Milk protein fibers have the features of good uniformity, less impurity, bulk-iness, easy bale and superior spinning ability. But the friction coefficient between the fibers is low, the cohesion force is weak, and the mass specific resistance is big, so pretreatment must be done. Meanwhile, the run-on moisture regain and antistatic agent should be selected to ensure good quality of resultant yam. Milk protein fibers can be used for knitted and woven fabrics so that their market competition is strong.rn1. Mix solution of pH=1,2,3 (Mix pure water with HCI), treat 30 min in 100℃, and test the weight damage rate.rnAt pH = 1, the damage rate is 3.98%, and there is no change for handling and appearance. At pH = 2, the damage rate is 0.07%, and there is no change for handling and appearance. At pH = 3, the damage rate is 0%, and there is no change for handling and appearance.
