Heat setting is a term used in the textile industry to describe a thermal process. The effect of the process gives fibers, yarns or fabric dimensional stability and very often other desirable attributes like higher volume, wrinkle resistance or wear resistance. At the ITMA Asia + CITME, Power-Heat Set GmbH, Toging/Germany, will present their latest innovation: the HiPerSet for heat setting with overheated steam, using only one conveyer belt moving through the climate chamber.
