In the drying process, especially during fixing and condensation, the treated textiles emit residual softeners, lubricants and grease together with dust and water vapor. Exhaust air purification is imperative and required by legal regulations. A multi-stage exhaust air washer reduces the pollutant burden considerably. In the washing unit, water-based pollutant particles are bound by the injected water.
