This is an essential resource for all anti-militarization organizations, universities and other centres of learning and governments. One inevitable drawback is that in these fast moving times, even though its full text became available in September (although key facts were available online from June), it already seems outdated. Nevertheless, for such a wide-ranging and multi-authored publication (55 authors from 21 countries), with the need for extensive internal and external refereeing, such rapid production is highly commendable.
