Diaper for holding an absorbent article in close bodily contact

A reusable textile diaper that provides an upward holding force against an absorbent article in the crotch region to hold the article in close bodily contact is described in US Patent 8 172 820 by RUSL of West Chester, Ohio, USA. The diaper is intended for use with urinary and/or bowel movement absorbent articles, such as pads and diaper inserts. The device is designed to prevent leakage along the periphery, thereby minimizing soiling of a wearer's clothing and bedding.
