Absorbent undergarment liner for males prevents leakage

A thin absorbent liner that prevents leakage or soiling from male genitalia onto an undergarment has been developed by Antonio Campbell of Stone Mountain, Georgia, USA. Described in US Patent 8 118 798,the liner is said to be comfortable, unnoticeable and appropriate for use by both adult and adolescent men. Figure 5 shows two undergarment liners (20) positioned on the undergarment (10) in a side-by-side arrangement on the right (16) and left (18) trunk leg. In this configuration, substantial coverage is provided to the wearer in the crotch area (13).
