Disposable hygiene products producer Kimberly-Clark has announced a voluntary recall of tampons sold throughout the USA and Canada for a quality-related defect that could affect the product's performance. The product recall is limited to specific lots of U by Kotex Sleek regular absorbency tampons manufactured between 7 October 2016 and 16 October 2018 and distributed between 17 October 2016 and 23 October 2018.
