Drylock and Proctor & Gamble sign global cross-license agreement

Diaper manufacturer Drylock Technologies based in Zele, Belgium, has signed a global cross-license agreement with Procter & Gamble (P&G) of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, covering the companies' respective absorbent core technologies. The terms and conditions of the agreement have not been disclosed.Channel technology is used to enhance the performance of absorbent hygiene products, such as baby care taped diapers and pants, and adult incontinence diapers and pants.Drylock and P&G each offer their own kind of channel technology, Drylock under the Magical Tubes brand and P&G under the Air Channels brand.The agreement will also see both companies expand their intellectual property rights over their relevant wetness indicator strips technology.
