摘要

To determine the course of capillary angiogenesis int eh rat fetal heart, transmisson electron microscopy was used to examine the development of both capillaries and cardiomyocytes. In the 15-day-old embryo, the coronary vessels had spread into the superficial space. In the 16-day- old embryo, the coronary vessels began to enter the myo- cardium. In the 17-day-old embryo, the terminal vascular bed had developed and a marked increase in the population of myocytes was evident.
