During the first quarter of 2008, U.S. red meat exports continued their strong showing with an increase of 41 percent in pork exports and 29 percent in beef (including variety meat), according to the U.S. Meat Export Federation.rn"We're seeing continued strong performance in both sectors," said Erin Daley, USMEF manager of research and analysis.
