Seventeen Arby's restaurants started offering a thick-cut venison sandwich starting in early November. The sandwich features a thick-cut venison steak topped with crispy onions and juniper berry sauce served on a toasted specialty roll. The venison is marinated in garlic, salt and pepper and then cooked for three hours. The sauce is a Cabernet steak sauce infused with juniper berries.
