摘要

An analysis is performed of existing methods of measuring phase shifts, in which it is proposed to use a principle of additive correction to reduce the instrumental error arising on realizing generator methods of monitoring humidity. A scheme for an instrument is developed that provides for realizing this principle and substantially improves the reliability of humidity monitoring.
