摘要

A description of GET 28-2016, the State Primary Standard of the unit of average laser radiation power with power range 10(-9)-5 center dot 10(-3) W is presented. The operating principle of the standard based on a photoelectric trap-detector that functions in the range 10(-9)-5 center dot 10(-3) W is described. As a result of metrological investigations performed on GET 28-2016 in this range, the total standard uncertainty of reproduction and transmission of the unit of average power of laser radiation in this range is found to be no greater than 0.36%. A model along with the theoretical characteristics of the measuring beam splitter by means of which the range of GET 28-2016 may be expanded into the field of kilowatt levels of power are presented. GET 28-2016 now makes it possible to solve problems of metrological assurance of prospective low-level laser detection systems in both ground and aerospace fields and assure the uniformity of measurements of the radiometric parameters of low-intensity flows of laser radiation.
