摘要

The carbon nanotubeanofibres were in situ synthesized by treating the polymer at 475 deg C in an inert atmosphere on the silicon substrate, which was obtained by an nitrate-containing polyesterification between citric acid and polyethylene glycol. The growth structure of carbon nanotubeanofibres was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and the results show that the diameter of the tube/fibres ranged from 45-65 nm, and the catalyst had important effects on the growth of the carbon nanotubeanofibres.
