摘要

In this paper, hierarchical Sn_3O_4 microflowers self-assembled by nanosheets were successfully synthesized via a simple one-pot hydrothermal route. The crystalline phase and morphology of the as-prepared sample were characterized using X-ray diffraction, field-emission scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. UV-vis absorbance and Raman scattering behavior of the Sn_3O_4 microflowers were also investigated. Electronic density of states calculation using DFT method revealed that the upper valance band of Sn_3O_4 was dominated by O 2p.
